As organizer, what can I do about event reviews on Bestrade?

Respond to Them.

You can respond directly on Bestrade for free when you sign up and claim your event page. We recommend that you reply to all of the reviews, both positive and negative. Our users have a more favorable feeling on organizers who take the time to answer to reviews on Bestrade in a thoughtful way. The Organizer Answer is the once response we publish on any review – so we let you have the last word!

Highlight relevant reviews.

As Organizer, you can choose the most relevant reviews to put forward on your event page (Premium feature).

Ask Your Attendance to Leave More of Them.

We encourage you to ask your attendees & exhibitors to leave honest reviews on Bestrade. Even if you already use your own satisfaction survey tool, Bestrade Review will allow you to:

  • Highlight your event’ strengths on your page,
  • Improve your event reputation with the Bestrade Community
  • Get optimal visibility on our platform to reach your next qualified participants.
  • Boost your visibility on our B2B partner sites broadcasting the Bestrade Event Widget.

But please remember, we do not allow organizers to incentivize or coerce attendees to leave positive only reviews.

Flag Them.

If you believe a review violates our Community Guidelines or Terms of Use, you can contact us from contact page and our team will give it a second look and remote it if necessary. Here are some things to keep mind about our reviews and how we moderate them:

  • You can't pay us to remove reviews.
  • We apply the same content moderation rules to all events, Premium or not.
  • Final content decisions are within our sole discretion.
  • We remove reviews when we find evidence of abuse of our Community Guidelines or Terms of Use.
  • Our members self-certify their attendance to events.
